Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

We use UPS and USPS which includes $100 shipping insurance for all outgoing orders.

No Returns or Refunds after UPS or USPS confirms package possession unless certain criteria are met.

Shipping Hours:
 Our shipping hours are 8 AM – 3 PM Pacific, Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Times: Orders received before noon Pacific time will ship the same day. Orders paid for and placed after noon Pacific time will ship by the following business day. Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day.

UPS 2-Day Air or USPS Priority 2-3 days from shipment- Orders should arrive within 2-3 days.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the US only. We may ship overseas upon request, email us at info@rejuvenationwellnesssolutions.com.

Order Tracking: An automated email with tracking information will be sent upon order fulfillment. If you do not receive your tracking information via email, please check all your inboxes, including spam.

Order Modifications and Cancellations: Orders can be modified or canceled within one hour of placement. After this time, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately by email at info@rejuvenationwellnesssolutions.com.

Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for entering the correct address. Address changes can be made depending on the order status:

Payment Pending orders can be modified through your Rejuvenation Wellness Solutions online account, simply login to your account and view “My Account > Orders.”

Orders in Processing may request an address change through our support by email at info@rejuvenationwellnesssolutions.com.

Unfortunately, Orders that have been fulfilled cannot be modified.

Missing Tracking Information: If you did not receive tracking information, please check all inboxes, including spam. If you still cannot locate it, contact us by email at info@rejuvenationwellnesssolutions.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Package Issues:

Not Updating Tracking: If tracking does not update for over 3 days, contact us by email at info@rejuvenationwellnesssolutions.com and we will attempt to track your delivery for you.

Not Delivered: Most shipped items will be delivered in your mailbox. If the courier claims delivery but you haven’t received the package, check to see if the delivery courier has placed the package hidden on your front porch, with your neighbors or front desk, and then contact the courier’s local office. Ask if the delivery courier has a photo of proof of delivery. If unresolved after 4 days, contact us by email at info@rejuvenationwellnesssolutions.com and file a claim with USPS.

Late Packages: We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the UPS or USPS and cannot refund shipping costs. Please contact UPS or USPS for any claims that you may have. 

Missing, Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items: We document and photograph all orders before shipment.

Missing Items: Contact us immediately at info@rejuvenationwellnesssolutions.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will determine if the missing item was included in your shipment and will reply to you via email.

Damaged Items: Contact us immediately by emailing info@rejuvenationwellnesssolutions.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will get undamaged products shipped out to you within 1 business day, please allow 2-3 business days from the shipping date for delivery.

Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately by emailing info@rejuvenationwellnesssolutions.com with photos of the product and packaging and we will get the corrected products shipped out to you within 1 business day, please allow 2-3 business days from the shipping date for delivery.

Defective Items: Contact us immediately by emailing info@rejuvenationwellnesssolutions.com with photos and details. We will get undefective products shipped out to you within 1 business day, please allow 2-3 business days from the shipping date for delivery.

Refunds & Returns:

Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable, except for specific cases determined by Rejuvenation Wellness Solutions.

Returns: Due to the nature of research compounds, returns cannot be accepted by us. It is the customer’s responsibility to safely dispose of chemical waste per local regulations.

Reshipments: We will correct our errors free of charge to you. For errors not on our end such as lost, stolen, or incorrect address entered by you at the time of placing your order, you will be responsible for filing a claim with UPS or USPS for reimbursement. UPS or USPS orders are placed with $100 insurance. If more is needed, please order additional insurance, sufficient to cover the cost of your order.
